Third row: Louise Herbert (P); Alexandra (Tr); Mary Dees (P); Priya Veeraraghavan (P); Dubravka Pesorda (P); Debbie Robinson, TSTA (O); Meera Ravi (P); and Paul Robinson, TSTA (E).

The International Board of Certification (IBOC) organized its second online Training Endorsement Workshop (TEW) of 2025 from November 28-30. The event gathered 16 participants and three translators from diverse locations, including India, Russia, the United Kingdom, Croatia, and Kenya.

The workshop was an enriching experience, featuring participants and faculty from various fields of Transactional Analysis (TA) practice. With the valuable support of the translators, communication proceeded smoothly across language barriers.

Following the event, 16 talented individuals are now prepared to sign a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (TSTA) contract. This step will enable them to begin training and supervising future generations of learners in the theory and practice of TA. Congratulations are extended to all of them.

A creative and joyful celebration concluded the workshop, where candidates hosted a virtual dinner party and shared spontaneous poems of gratitude.

Special thanks are extended to the TEW staff members. Debbie Robinson and Paul Robinson volunteered their support, Wilf Hashimi contributed with personal interest and commitment to the development of future TA trainers, and Traian Bossemeyer dedicated time to this important commitment despite significant personal responsibilities.

As the TEW coordinator, I wish to express my personal joy and satisfaction in the successful completion of this event, my first in this role. I extend many thanks to Jacqueline, who guided me through the process. I am also grateful to IBOC co-chairs Nicole and Haseena, and IBOC Admin Max Eggeling, without whom this coordination would have been significantly more challenging.

In response to the growing number of Certified Transactional Analysts (CTA) on waiting lists, the IBOC has scheduled an additional TEW for July 2026. With three more workshops planned for the upcoming year, we hope to strengthen our community with a brilliant array of vibrant TA trainers and supervisors to advance our organization and the mission of Transactional Analysis.
