In my work, I focus on developing individuals, teams, and entire organizations. Over the past ten years, I have worked as both an internal and external organizational development consultant for various companies. My experiences came from working with 28 different organizations from diverse sectors, such as IT, finance, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy, and retail. I founded Lélek Központ – Psychological and Consulting Center, where I currently lead a team of ten professionals. As a volunteer, I participate in translating abstracts from the International Journal of Transactional Analysis Research & Practice (IJTARP) into Hungarian. I have also published my own articles in this journal about organisational TA innovations and practices. I have also translated a range of professional Transactional Analysis materials into Hungarian, which I have made freely available in the Knowledge Hub section of my website (https://lovasszabolcs.hu/szolgaltatasok/ingyenes-anyagok/). I was the first to implement into Hungarian an international transactional analysis program designed for high school students, aimed at fostering self-awareness and communication skills, in collaboration with the HiSchool Foundation. In my free time, I find energy and inspiration in sports, gastronomy, and theatre.
