The ITAA Platform is an official communication and interaction channel operated by the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA), a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, United States, with its principal office at 2700 East Foothill Blvd., Suite 209, Pasadena, CA 91107, USA.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the ITAA Platform and its related services ("Platform"). By using or registering on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Platform allows users to receive direct messages through a public profile contact form, if they choose to enable this option.
Senders are not required to be registered on the Platform; however, messages are relayed through an authenticated ITAA sender system and include the sender’s provided email address.
The ITAA implements reasonable spam and abuse prevention measures but cannot guarantee that all unsolicited or unwanted messages will be filtered.
Users may submit suggestions or content through designated forms. Specific submission rules are published on the relevant page.
By submitting content, users grant the ITAA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the material for organizational purposes.

The ITAA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that communications will be free from unauthorized access or spam.
In no event shall the ITAA, its officers, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Users located in the European Union or Brazil retain their rights under the GDPR and LGPD, respectively, concerning data protection and privacy.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Los Angeles County, California, USA, unless mandatory consumer protection laws dictate otherwise.
The ITAA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
