Keeping your account information up to date ensures that your colleagues can find you and that you receive important platform notifications. All administrative changes are handled within the Account settings section of your dashboard.
Access your account settings
Once you are logged in to the ITAA Platform, you can access your settings by clicking your name (displayed in blue in the main menu) or by visiting the link below:

Update your profile details
In this section, you can modify your First name and Last name.
- Visibility note: Please be aware that the names you enter here will be visible on your public profile and in the Member Directory, provided you have enabled your visibility settings.
Change your contact email
You may update the email address associated with your account at any time.
- Verification requirement: Certain platform features require a verified email address to function. If you change your email, you will be asked to verify the new address via a confirmation message sent to your updated inbox.
Update your password
If you are already logged in and wish to change your password for security reasons, you can do so directly from this page.
- Locate the password section.
- Enter your Current password.
- Type and confirm your New password.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Success! Your account is now updated. Remember to keep your login credentials in a safe place.
