Troubleshooting common login issues

If you are having trouble accessing your ITAA Platform account, most issues can be resolved by following a few simple steps. Please review the common solutions below to regain access to the directory and The Script.

Check your login details and hCaptcha

Before trying technical fixes, ensure that there are no typos in your email address or password.

  • Case sensitivity: Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Security check: Ensure you complete the hCaptcha (image selection) correctly. If the images do not load, try refreshing your browser page.

Clear your browser cookies and cache

Often, your browser saves "old" information that can interfere with the ITAA Platform login process. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies is the most effective way to fix repeated login errors.

  1. Go to your browser settings.
  2. Find the "Privacy and Security" section.
  3. Select "Clear browsing data" and choose "Cookies" and "Cached images."
  4. Restart your browser and try logging in again.

Use an Incognito or Private window

Browser extensions (like ad blockers or privacy tools) can sometimes prevent the login window from functioning correctly.

  • Open a new Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Safari/Firefox) window.
  • Visit platform.itaaworld.com and attempt to log in.
  • If this works, one of your browser extensions is likely causing the conflict.

Resolve verification code issues

If you are resetting your password and haven't received the six-digit code:

  • Check your spam folder: Sometimes the email from notifications@itaaworld.com is filtered by your provider.
  • Wait 10 minutes: Occasionally, there is a slight delay in email delivery.
  • Code expiration: Remember that each code is only valid for one hour. If the time has passed, you must request a new link.

Status: This registration process is part of the ITAA Passport pilot project. The "Passport" will eventually serve as a single login for all ITAA services. Currently, your account grants access to platform.itaaworld.com, including the Member Directory and interactive features for The Script.
