When I heard Sai’s keynote speech at both the World Conference and the SAATA Conference, I was struck that in both contexts she truly lives all that she claims in her speech. It wasn’t something that came out of books; it came from her heart and soul and what she truly believes in, and she lives it in everything she does. And this is how I have experienced Sai: walking the talk, with conviction and integrity in everything she does in her personal, professional and organizational roles.
Many of us who have been associated with Sai for the past 25 years as co-trainees in our journey with TA have had several opportunities to collaborate, deeply connect and have impactful conversations.
I have been witnessing her commitment not only to the work that she does, but also to the integrity with which she lives and embodies it through every breath she takes. It goes beyond her roles; she carries what she has as her lived experience of the Transactional Analysis philosophy in the truest sense.
