Chitra Ravi holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (TSTA) in the field of Psychotherapy. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is the founder of Seed TLC, through which she facilitates TA 101 workshops, advanced Transactional Analysis training for personal growth and for psychotherapists. She also holds spaces for both individual and group supervision. In addition, Chitra works extensively with corporate organisations, offering leadership coaching and leadership development training across various levels of management.
