I have been teaching TA 101s as a TSTA since 2009 and have been facilitating Advance Training in Psychotherapy since 2013, and supported several trainees to their CTAs. Have been doing 1-1 and group supervisions since 2013. Along with Ragini Rao (TSTA-P), I have been running advanced TA groups since 2013. Ours is a 4-year program enabling participants to get ready to do exams, both the Mental Health TA practitioner certification from the South Asian Association of Transaction Analysts (SAATA), as well as the CTA exams from ITAA IBOC. I am also an active board member of SAATA. As an Accredited Psychotherapist and Trainer of Psychotherapists certified by the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA), I bring a blend of psychological depth and organisational insight to my work. I am also a Master NLP Practitioner. I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am the author of Step Up, an Amazon India bestseller on women’s leadership viewed through the Indian lens. I live in India and most of my work is local.
