Deepak Dhananjaya is a psychotherapist and Agile-Leadership-Organisation Coach based in Bangalore, India. He is the co-founder of AgileSattva Consulting, an organisation development and transformation firm, and the founder of the Prabhava Institute of Inclusive Mental Health (PIIMH), which focuses on inclusivity in mental health education and services by engaging with the intersections of privilege and oppression across patriarchy, sexuality, class, caste, and religion.
A Certified Transactional Analyst (Psychotherapy) and Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (Psychotherapy), Deepak’s grounding in a radical relational approach to Transactional Analysis deeply informs his clinical practice, teaching, and supervision. An engineer by training, he also holds master’s degrees in Sexuality and Sexual Counselling. His work bridges psychotherapy, systems thinking, and leadership, exploring how socio-cultural-political dynamics shape personal and organisational narratives.
Since 2012, Deepak has been actively associated with the Transactional Analysis (TA) community in various roles at both regional and international levels. Engaging with the Group Relations framework since 2019, he has participated in multiple conferences and workshops in both member and staff roles.
Deepak’s work is informed by Transactional Analysis, Group Relations, and a socio-cultural-political frame of reference, reflecting a deep engagement with authority, belonging, and transformation—both in the therapy room, within organisations, and in his writings.
