Traian Bossenmayer, MsC, is a TSTA (trainer and supervisor in Transactional Analysis) in the field of Management & Organisational Development and Executive Coach. He has extensive experience in running training and leadership development initiatives and consulting in a variety of business contexts. Currently he is working for a multinational gaming company as HR Director supervising the studios in Romania and Spain and he is also an active TSTA-O in the Romanian TA community and beyond. He is a lecturer at the MSc Organizational TA program at the Berne Institute in the UK. At his core Traian has always been deeply interested in understanding human behavior and interactions, especially those taking place in communities, groups, and organizations. He is passionate about facilitating change within teams, by encouraging an authentic contact through meaningful conversations.
