In my work as a trainer, coach, supervisor and organizational consultant for national and international groups and organizations, I integrate different methods and applications while using TA as the main and powerful foundation. I started my career in different Human Resources departments of profit and not-for-profit organizations and have been active as a trainer/business coach/supervisor for over three decades. In 2006 I founded my own organizational consultancy business in Belgium and attended my TA101 in 2008. I work live and online with individuals and groups and also teach and supervise at the Dutch TA-institute Corael in The Netherlands (corael.nl) where I embrace the psychodynamic aspects of TA as an important key to unlock people’s potential. I encourage the humanistic, constructivist and transformative views of TA that are also embedded in particular cultural, political and social contexts. With my enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity as partners, I am particularly drawn to the intercultural crossroads of the TA-community and wish to make TA even more globally accessible. I have been a member of the editorial board of the Dutch online TA-magazine for seven years and was President of the Flemish TA-association VITA. I facilitate a monthly online TA-reading group since 2019 and served as the Belgian EATA-delegate within the EATA Committee of Certification (CoC) from 2021-2025.
