I live and work in Hamburg and serve as a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (TSTA-C), mediator, and organizational consultant. For over twenty years I have been deeply engaged with TA; for more than three decades I have worked at the intersection of finance, structure, and leadership, including as managing partner of Friedrich & Lorenzen OHG since 2008. In my practice I bring a calm, relational style and a clear eye for systems: I listen, translate complexity into simple choices, and build structures that people can trust. My focus is sustainable governance, transparent communication, and modern, efficient processes that free energy for learning and collaboration.
