Originally from France and based in Kenya for the last two decades, I have lived on the African continent for over 30 years. I comes from the not-for-profit sector where I have led INGO through numerous humanitarian crises, leading large teams of individuals in multicultural settings. I enjoy working with a wide variety of people in both the local and international contexts.
In the last 15 years, I have dedicated my time and energy to supporting the growth of powerful thinkers, leaders and coaches on the continent and globally through coaching and teaching coaching skills, team coaching, and organizational learning interventions. I understand the challenges of simultaneously living, working, raising a family and developing a balanced, fulfilling career. Over the years, I built a strong interest and understanding for working across cultures.
My educator practice is deeply rooted in Humanistic and Constructivist philosophies, emphasizing authentic relationships and direct communication. My approach is co-creative, aiming to empower learners to find enduring solutions that resonate with their whole being and respectful to social context and environment.
Transactional Analysis provides me with a solid psychological foundation. By establishing a safe space, I seek to encourage my clients to deepen their self-awareness and social consciousness, fostering autonomy and the ability to make new choices.
Drawing from a systemic perspective, I help learners make connections and broaden their perspectives to navigate change adaptively and effectively. I appreciate the intricate interplay between personal, professional, social, and spiritual aspects of life.
My guiding principle, encapsulated in Viktor Frankl's words, underscores her belief in the transformative power of personal change: "When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves."
