Patrick Odendaal is a PTSTA – Organisations. He has worked for almost 20 years for governmental, healthcare and welfare organizations where he supported the organization to work more effectively by applying process management. He uses a self-developed method that gives simplicity and clarity to improve the structure of the organization. At the same time, he supports the organization to support the improvement of the culture in organizations using the philosophy and concepts of Transactional Analysis. TA supports working with the group dynamics in a practical and deepening way, that fits Patrick way of working well. Patrick is owner of and trainer and supervisor at a TA-institute in the Netherlands.
