I am a PTSTA-O with over two decades of professional experience as a trainer, manager, and agile coach. My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA), which I apply to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential and navigate growth within various organizational contexts. I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a trainer recommended by the Polish Association of Psychologists, combining structural expertise with a deep focus on human development. Currently, I serve on the ITAA Board of Directors as the Regional Representative for Europe and Central Asia.
