Co-founder, Southeast Asia Centre for TA; Director Learning, SeraphCorp Institute My corporate life began with a career in the Singapore Administrative Service, where I worked in policy formulation in different ministries. After a Masters programme in New York, I later moved into executive search, before finding my calling as an adult educator and in Transactional Analysis. In my current role in SeraphCorp Institute, I lead the faculty and a team of learning designers. And of course, I use TA in adult learning, as well as equip others in Singapore and elsewhere to do so!
