I trained at TA Works in Oxford and earned a Therapeutic Counselling Diploma. I am also a fully trained yoga and breath-work teacher.
I have my own private practice and work online nationwide and in-person in the Colchester area. I have undertaken additional training to work with Couples and Neurodivergence.
