In addition being a Psychotherapist, I am a qualified primary school teacher, have worked in adult education for over 20 years, and spent a number of years working with vulnerable children and families, facilitating parenting courses and therapeutic fostering courses. I now work solely with adults. Through this work and my own personal experiences, I became more and more interested in Counselling and Psychotherapy and eventually decided to retrain as a Psychotherapist, gaining my Post Graduate and Advanced Diplomas and CTA (Certified Transactional Analyst). I have a passion for supporting people to realise their true worth and full value, and to become the people they were created to become. My personal and professional experience has shown me that many things can cause a ‘blip’ in our life journey. I believe that through working together and building a strong therapeutic relationship we can explore these and find healing and restoration.
