I reside in Nelson, New Zealand which is at the top of the South Island where the sunny weather conditions enable me to develop beautiful gardens (my great passion).
I have been and continue to be fascinated by TA. I used it extensively in the business I started providing Employee Assistance Programmes, consultancy, training and various other programmes to support organisations, their management and employees.
I became a TSTA (O) in 2015. I now provide supervision locally and internationally to support people work to live lives that reflects their desire to be productive and healthy. I also enjoy supporting candidates prepare for their CTA and TSTA exams as well as the TEW.
I am a regular TSTA examiner. I find this rigorous process challenging of both examiners as well as candidates. It is a joy and exciting to watch a new generation achieve their goals and to know TA training and supervision are in good hands for the future.
I am on the ITAA Board of Directors as the Director of Operations. I was part of the Ethics committee for 5 years and worked to rewrite the Ethics manual which I am delighted to see, is newly published on the ITAA website as of October 2025.
