I am a Certified Transactional Analyst in psychotherapy (CTA-P) based in Moscow, Russia. My first degree was in linguistics, and I came to psychology later in life, after the birth of my children. Discovering transactional analysis changed my life profoundly: for the first time, I could see the structure behind my own experiences, as well as behind the communication and experiences of other people. Since 2018 I have been in private practice, working with individuals, couples and groups, in person and online. I value TA for its clear language, its humanistic roots and the way it brings together thinking, feelings and the body. And its great international community. I am active in the Russian-speaking TA community: in 2023 I founded the project “ME+YOU+=TA”, which hosts seminars and supervision with certified TA trainers.
