I live in London UK and in Poland. As a TSTA both in Psychotherapy and Counselling I run TA training groups and masterclasses worldwide: conducting TA101 courses, TA workshops, and supervision. I also deliver Intergenerational Script Psychogenealogy programs based on Systemic Constellations . For over twenty years I have been deeply engaged with TA; I have worked at the intersection of both in Psychotherapy and Counselling fields of TA, by embracing the both areas of application she is aware of where they overlap and areas of difference. I studied to Master level as a psychologist in Poland and continued postgraduate Psychotherapy in relational TA at Metanoia Institute in London My psychotherapy private practice is in London and online. In the past I worked for a school, NHS, BUPA , AXA I focus on coaching as well as working as a supervisor and trainer. I apply systemic perspective on groups and organisations. My main focus is on working with the system in which the client functions - family, social and political - as well as unconscious communication and projection processes. I conducted trainings in Romania, Poland, Ukraine, Russia and India and Guatemala, Kazakhstan I offer supervision for coaches and trainers rooted in TA and Systemic perspectives . As a supervisor I am focused on helping you to fulfil your own potential and accompany you by supporting your strengths and challenging you. I strongly believe that learning is a mutual process through which we co creatively increase our awareness and shape reality. Alex works systemically, always looking at the bigger picture and taking into account what is visible and invisible. Her gift is to explain complex concepts in an approachable and practical ways.
