Help Transactional Analysis reach new people online.
The ITAA is looking for people with the talent and the drive to grow our presence on social media and to run digital campaigns that bring TA to audiences we have never reached before. Join the Communications Committee and help us reach further.
Our priority right now
Two talents we need most.
We are especially looking for people who love digital communication and want to put it to work for Transactional Analysis.
Creators and community builders
Plan, create and publish content that makes TA ideas clear, warm and shareable. Grow and care for the ITAA communities on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and beyond.
Audience growth campaigns
Design and run campaigns that bring new people to TA and to the ITAA, using newsletters, partnerships, organic and paid campaigns, SEO and analytics to learn what works.
Sounds like you? It takes two minutes.
Express your interest →Why it matters
Our message reaches further than our meetings.
The ITAA, the association founded by Eric Berne, is a global organisation committed to the ongoing development of transactional analysis and to its recognition as a respected psychological modality worldwide.
The Communications Committee is where that mission meets the public. It oversees how the association presents itself to members and newcomers alike, and it shares responsibility for growing and keeping our membership, alongside the regional Directors at Large.
Stimulate a worldwide interest in the theory and practice of Transactional Analysis.
The committee’s founding goal, ITAA Governance

Questions
Before you raise your hand
Do I need to be an ITAA member?
Yes. All Board and committee members are fully paid-up ITAA members. Not a member yet? You can join the ITAA here and still tell us about your interest.
Is this a paid role?
No. Every role carried out in the name of the ITAA is voluntary. What you gain is meaningful work, a global network and a direct hand in how TA is presented to the world.
How much time does it take?
The committee meets about once a week, or as the need arises, plus the tasks you choose to take on. We’ll talk honestly about your availability in the first conversation.
Do I need professional communications experience?
No. Clear communication, collaboration and a genuine wish to promote TA matter most. Specific skills like writing, design, video or translation are a welcome bonus.
What if there is no open seat right now?
Appointments are staggered to keep continuity, so seats open over time. The Director of Development also recruits volunteers for task teams, so your interest can lead to other ways to contribute.
Express your interest
Lend your voice to TA.
This is not a formal application or a commitment. It takes about two minutes and simply opens a conversation with the ITAA President. You’ll get a confirmation by email right away.
