My name is Tatiana Panova.
I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, pre-CTA (p) I have been working in the field of psychology for over 20 years, of which 8 years have been in medicine. I have worked in the system of the Center for Narcology, crisis psychological assistance and private psychotherapeutic practice. I am a group and individual psychotherapist. I have a higher education in the field of psychology, clinical psychology.
Today, my main work focuses on deep psychotherapy of crisis states, emotional exhaustion, self-destructive scenarios, identity issues, inner strength, and the meaning of life.
My approach is based on the idea of a holistic person. I use transactional analysis as the main method of therapy and explanation.
I see a person not as a set of symptoms, but as a living system in which the body, the psyche, relationships and the meaning of life are closely interconnected. Very often, suffering arises not because a person is “broken”, but because he has lost contact with himself, his feelings, values and his own life.
For me, psychotherapy is not an attempt to “fix” a person.
It is a way of returning a person to himself:
to his body, feelings, inner stability, ability to love, live and feel the meaning of his own life.
I deeply believe that even in the most difficult times, there is a capacity for recovery within each individual.
Sometimes, the journey begins with a simple thought:
"It is a miracle that you exist."
