Marguerite Sacco (PTSTA–O) has worked in organisational development for more than 30 years. She specialises in leading groups, creating spaces for real conversation, and making learning both meaningful and practical. Her work has taken her across cultures and industries — from government and the South African Air Force to universities, schools, finance, manufacturing, and service organisations.
She currently serves as President of the ITAA, is on the board of the South African Transactional Analysis Association, and is also a board member of The Igwiba Foundation, an NPO supporting people affected by poverty and violent crime in South African townships.
Marguerite describes her work as helping organisations build healthier ways of working together. She focuses on raising awareness of the attitudes and behaviours that influence both wellbeing and performance, and she works with organisations to shift automatic, reactive patterns into more thoughtful, chosen responses — creating better options for the future.
“I facilitate open, constructive dialogue that supports organisations in shaping the future they want. My approach is rooted in seeking understanding across differences and exploring how we make sense of our experiences,” she explains.
Alongside her organisational work, Marguerite is a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst. She runs TA training courses online and in person in South Africa, and she facilitates three online supervision groups for candidates preparing for their CTA exams, under the supervision of her principal supervisor, Sandra Wilson (TSTA - O).
