The International Board of Certification (IBOC) organized the first online Training Endorsement Workshop (TEW) of 2026 from April 24 to 26. We had 15 participants and three translators from different parts of the world: Russia, India, Romania, Croatia, the UK, Kazakhstan and Canada. We had participants and faculty from different fields of Transactional Analysis (TA) practice, which was an enriching experience.

The staff team consisted of Sabine Blumenstein from Germany, Olivier Montadat from France, and Sashi Chandran and Chitra Ravi from India. The staff appreciates the excellent preparation and participation by the candidates. We are proud of your commitment and passion for TA! Many thanks to the TEW staff members for their time and effort. Thanks to the brilliant translators, we worked smoothly across the language barriers.

And now, 16 talented people are ready to sign a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (TSTA) contract and start teaching and supervising future generations of learners in the theory and practice of TA. Congratulations to all of them! We had a heartwarming celebration with fun in spite of three long and tiring days.

I wish to place on record my personal joy and satisfaction in having been able to successfully complete another online TEW as coordinator. Many thanks to all who guided me through the process. I am also grateful to the IBOC co-chairs, Nicole and Hasseena, without whom this coordination would have been difficult for me. It would be an omission not to mention the IBOC admin support from Sarah and Lauren.

We look forward to the additional TEW in July 2026. With this, we trust much of the waitlist for the TEW in the IBOC will be taken care of. All the same, we look forward to the next-generation Certified Transactional Analysts (CTAs) who will soon be joining the team of teachers and supervisors!
